Whats happening at the farm

This year we have decided to dedicate as section of the farm to growing lavender for cut flowers and oil production. We are starting off with a small 1/4 acre plot, and if all goes well plan on expanding to a few acres in the next years.

We have set up a three season greenhouse and have learned a lot. This year we were able to harvest onions at the end of June!
